STANDARD LICENSE

With the purchase the photo(s) the photographer Martina Gelli grants the buyer the license to use digital images for private use indefinitely and throughout the world. With this license the buyer can use photography digitally printed or use in a video.

With this license is not possible to create visual material for commercial purposes (advertisements promotion, merchandising products, photo printing resales, television programs). It is not allowed to resell it, distribute it, manipulate it, to combine it with other photographs, writings or graphic inserts that can turn them into images that are detrimental to the dignity or reputation of the photographed subject.

The ownership of the images remains with the photographer who owns all rights (copy rights law). Any use of images other than those mentioned or by third parties is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not accepted after the purchase of the digital image due the nature of the products.
